We put our own spin on the classic Oxford woven shirt and added a hint of stretch. The fabric is made from cotton and has a basketweave structure, which is softer than a formal shirt but more sophisticated than a flannel. Available in dozens of colors and patterns, with four comfortable fit options.
What is an oxford shirt:
When comparing to a dress shirt, the Oxford Shirt boasts a thicker weave which gives it structure. It sits in between casual and formal which allows it to be worn in many settings. Oxford shirts are meant to be loose enough to feel comfortable while fitting your body's natural form. You can wear an oxford shirt tucked in, untucked, with blue jeans or with your favorite suit. Because of the versatility, oxfords are a great shirt to own several of in different colors and patterns.
How to wear an oxford shirt:
If you're planning on going to happy hour after work, the oxford is a great shirt choice. You can wear it with a tie all day, then lose the tie and top button for happy hour. Suddenly you went from professional to relaxed and approachable without changing shirts. For a more casual look, oxfords look great under a sweater with just the collar showing. You can also wear it in a summertime setting with the sleeves rolled up and the top two buttons open to set a nice "beachy" vibe. To finish the look, oxfords go great with a pair of khaki pants and your favorite sneakers.
