You may return or exchange unworn, unwashed and unaltered items purchased from Bonobos. From the day your order ships, you have 45 days to return an item for a refund to your original payment method and up to 90 days to return an item for a store credit refund. You can exchange unworn, unwashed and unaltered items during the full 90 day period.
